Yes, we accept returns on full, unopened boxes of tiles within 30 days of purchase. Please note that a restocking fee may apply and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Do you provide samples before I place a full order?
Absolutely. We recommend ordering sample tiles to see the true color and texture in your own home lighting. Samples can be ordered directly from each product page.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
