At ATS Tiles & Bathrooms, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home renovation. If your tiles or fixtures aren't a perfect match, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Items
Ensure all tiles, basins, or brassware are securely packed in their original, undamaged packaging to prevent breakage during transit.
Arrange Transportation
Ship the items back to our central warehouse using a tracked courier service or drop them off personally at our designated trade counter.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the goods for resale quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
